With over 30 years of experience in the music industry José has a career that expands many rolls as a session musician, producer, composer, arranger, recording engineer as well as music director for some of Latin Music's top artist including Ricky Martin, Wisin & Yandel, Tommy Torres, Wilkins, Menudo, El Reencuentro, Ednita Nazario, Enrique Iglesias, Christian Daniel and Pedro Capo. In his new role as an entrepreneur Jose founded MS Groove Records LLC with a vision to offer a One Team - All Services solution to new, independent artists and fellow producers. His mission under this startup company is to develop new talent and help artists navigate the complexities and challenges of a very competitive music industry , providing all of the resources needed to turn the artist’s vision into a reality.

Luis Alberto Rodriguez is a serial entrepreneur, technology and marketing executive with over 25 years of international experience. Luis has worked for Global Fortune 100 companies such as Telefonica International as well as founder of startups such as STS Software LLC and most recently Shortcode Digital Agency. He is a specialist in the development of sales and marketing strategies for Information Technology products and services. He is our Chief Technology Officer & Digital Evangelist in charge of technology development, distribution, digital strategy and IT platform management.

Isabel Ramirez is our Chief Marketing Officer & Consultant in charge of customer project development. Over the past 15 years she has worked as a digital marketing services consultant and specialist for top commercial accounts such as Grupo Familia in Colombia, EHS Tracker and most recently for her own startup company Shortcode Digital Agency. Isabel is a talented digital marketing executive, a Google platform specialist and a rising entrepreneur star in the Colombia and Latin America region.
